Take a break from your busy week and enjoy a peaceful evening on the prairie!  The “Pioneer Pastimes” event sponsored by the O’Brien County Conservation Board will allow you to step back in time.  This family friendly event is open to all ages.  Bring your own picnic supper to enjoy.  Then gather around the covered wagon to hear about some of the hardships and joys of pioneer life.  There will also be an opportunity to try out a couple pioneer crafts or games.

Bring your whole family to the Prairie Heritage Center on Thursday, June 25 at 6:00 p.m. to experience an historic evening!  Contact the Conservation Board at 712-295-7200 for more information.
