Sometimes people are afraid of what they don’t know. Many people are scared of bats, but if you knew more about them, you might not be so afraid.
Join the naturalist intern from the O’Brien County Conservation Board, Meara Hansen, to learn about these awesome nighttime creatures. You will learn why they are actually a good thing to have around your yard and how to attract them there.
Program is free to the public. Join the fun Thursday, July 16 at 8:00 p.m. at the Prairie Heritage Center, 4931 Yellow Ave. For further information, contact the O’Brien County Conservation Board at 712-295-7200.
