MTIwNjA4NjMzNDY1NTcwODI4The O’Brien County Conservation Board is pleased to host Iowa Historian, Rod Stanley as he presents an historical account of the 1930’s adventures of Bonnie and Clyde Barrow in Iowa.

Stanley will focus his presentation on the Barrow Gang exploits which happened in around Dexter, Iowa in 1933.  Bonnie and Clyde have links to our region as well.  In 1934, the notorious gangsters robbed a bank in
Everly.  The duo also spent some time in the hills near the Prairie Heritage Center.  If you enjoy Iowa history, this is an exciting presentation that you won’t to miss!

The Bonnie and Clyde presentation will be held at the Prairie Heritage Center on Thursday, June 9 at 7:00 p.m.                                                     Make plans to attend!
