Emerald Ash Borer Discovered in O’Brien County
Emerald Ash Borer, which is an invasive wood-boring insect from Asia that kills ash trees, has now been confirmed in O’Brien County. Samples from ash trees were taken from rural Paullina earlier this month and officials with the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) confirmed that the samples were positive for Emerald Ash Borer (EAB).
